So I woke up today still feeling low. Would my weigh-in help lift my mood? No.
I lost only half a pound.
Ok, I know in total that is 2lbs I've lost so far and that half a pound is still a loss, but I'm disappointed that my efforts to return to FitSteps and only having 24hours off the diet on a bank holiday did not have the same loss as last week. Oh well.
I will continue with slim fast as I am determined to lose weight. This week however I am going to switch to eating a healthy lunch a couple of days a week and having slim fast as my evening meal. See if that works.
I hope the weather improves tomorrow. This dreary rain is doing nothing for my mood!
