Tomorrow will be my first weigh in day... Gulp...
I'm really nervous about getting on the scales. I've followed the plan and exercised so surely I might have lost a pound?
I am following the Slim Fast 1-2-3 plan which is one main meal, two shakes and three snacks. I think it has been working for me. I have a shake for breakfast and lunch, a healthy evening meal with fruit and yogurt as my snacks in between. (I may have sneaked a mini mint feast or 2 into my snacks, but a girls gotta live, right!) I've walked 20mins to work and back 3 days this week as well as a 20min cycle and a 2 mile walk into town and back today. Surely this has helped shift something?!
Only 258 days to Orlando...
